I've never played the first 2 games, and based on this trailer I don't see anything to get excited about. Is this game have real time battles like the Total War games have?

To each their own I guess.
I couldn't stand prototype and loved infamous. Although I did not put a large considerable amount of time into either game.

Did you complain to them? They may not be aware that there is a problem with their current packaging.
I thought amazon have an excellent customer support.

Tried this out this weekend, meh.
Graphics look nice the terrain deformation is kinda cool although it doesn't affect riding over the ruts, but the physics and everything else did not feel fun.
I am not big on bike racing games the begin with, I prefer cars so that may have something to do with it.

They're using 7 inch screens for the OR. The iPad mini (7") has a resolution of 2048 x 1536. That's not quite the right ratio for something like the OR, but there are screens out there.
The DK2 uses a 5" 1080p display according to this article but yeah the higher rez small displays are nothing special these days since cellphones are sporting 1080p 5" displays and quad core processors

I reckon by innovation he means its just like a movie, you only have to press one button and watch the rest of "awesome" unfold while you keep your mouth open.

Something along those lines

Wonder when will people stop buying this crap and play something else.
Wish Titanfall was across all platforms so Playstation players could get their CoD fix without actually playing CoD.

The PR department should come up with some new hype words, these ones are getting boring and repetitive. Every year the same "Most Ambitious, Most Creative" crap and then we get stuff like fish Ai.

The question is: does the XBone support Dx12?

From the article at the top:

Direct3D 12 enables richer scenes, more objects, and full utilization of modern GPU hardware. And it isn’t just for high-end gaming PCs either – Direct3D 12 works across all the Microsoft devices you care about. From phones and tablets, to laptops and desktops, and, of course, Xbox One, Direct3D 12 is the API you’ve been waiting for.

SpectralMeat, source? It could be a Win 9 exclusive for all I know.
it was RPS: http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2014/03/20/directx-12-existing-graphics-cards/

Update:
Re DX12 and Windows 7, if DX12 is any good, MS will surely see it as a way to push die-hard Windows 7 users onto to its latest OS, whatever that is at the time of DX12′s launch.

Oh, and as for when DX12 will be released, the claim is ‘holiday 2015′ which I believe is American for very late in 2015.

Q: Should I wait to buy a new PC or GPU?
A: No – if you buy a PC with supported graphics hardware (over 80% of gamer PCs currently being sold), you’ll be able to enjoy all the power of DirectX 12 games as soon as they are available.

Does not specify whether they are going to force you to upgrade to Win8 in order to use it.. I suspect they will, given recent history
It will most likely be Win8/9 and up

I wonder how much the Oculus Rift is going to cost when it finally ships. I'll definitely get one, from what I've heard Elite is absolutely amazing with it.
I've heard the Sony VR headset was something like $1000, and it is aimed towards movie watching people not so much towards gamers.
Who knows.
Microsoft can sit this one out, I don't think anyone will miss the Microsoft headset exclusive to the Xbone.
