You may not want to hear it, but Squirrel is REALLY tasty!...they eat well....but there just aint alot a meat on em ( I like em in a "white sauce" gravy)

Around these parts, pouring out 1/4 a can will get a man killed
I didnt say pour it "on the friggin ground", for god sake! (actually you dont even have to use Beer...club soda, pepsi, coke...HELL ginger ale WORKS...its a matter of taste...the hot sauce & spices will add flavor to the meat (and the alcohol burns off anyway)
Today I'm cooking Pheasant...and there is NOTHING beter on the grill !...(I'm starting to sound like Ted Nugent)

BAH...Pour 1/4 of the can out, then pour in some hot sauce & some oregano...slap that bad boy on the can & cook on low for 45mins. (an hour for a really big chicken) and pop an egg, or a mushroom or a pepper in the neck hole before closing the lid...BEST CHICKEN EVER...(I'm cooking a Duck myself today, a little tricky on the grill.)

I've posted here about our bear problem befor, but a couple of weeks ago the newspaper headine was "Fed-Ex Driver gets Mountain Lion In Truck"...yup, 2nd sighting of a Mtn. Lion very near my house...She said "it was about the size of a LG. Rottwieller, 150 lbs."! ...gee-I cant wait to see "Pete Puma" (actually I can wait)

Tonight I picked up The Usual Suspects and watched it. It sucked
Are you fucking serious? I've *never* even heard of anyone not liking the film, much less saying it sucks. TUS is one of the better films *ever* made.

I thought I was going to fall off my chair when the radio started playing the "ART Bell" show...that and the Juke Box selections in the bar and the blood dripping off the wrench were very nice touches....wall walking was a little disorienting, so I hope there's not tons of it...the spirit world reminded me of "Clive Barker's Undying" a little--the "scrye" concept

I was more disappointed than anything else with this installment, the shiny veneer of HL2 has worn off quickly (just like the 1st time)...too many dark levels, fucking Alyx bumping into you all the time (BITCH knocked me off a ledge to my death!...shoulda clubbed her!), re-spawning ant lions, more often than not I felt the levels were just annoying.
