54. Publishers? May 3, 2003, 09:49 zamfear

Doesn't internet disribition solve the store space problem?
If you make a good game then people will buy it regardless of wether they walk into a store or d/l it. Think Doom.
The problem is creativity, not publishers. As for the comment abotu having to have 3d artist and level designers.
I thought the current best selling games still use 2-d art?

You don't have to pick select quotes, just read the Quran, it exorts numerous times to make war on the unbelievers. It is a Muslims duty. This site has a good analysis on the subject, with quotes that you can check for yourself. http://www.letusreason.org/Islam12.htm

Re:119 Quotes from the Quron:

When you encounter the unbelievers, strike off their heads, until ye have made a great slaughter among them...."(Sura 47:4).

"Believers, take neither Jews nor Christians for your friends." (Surah 5:51)

"Fight against such as those to whom the Scriptures were given [Jews and Christians]...until they pay tribute out of hand and are utterly subdued." (Surah 9:27-)

"Believers, make war on the infidels who dwell around you. Deal firmly with them." (Surah 9:121-)

Prophet, make war on the unbelievers and the hypocrites and deal rigorously with them. Hell shall be their home: an evil fate.

My point is that the people who crashed into the WTC actually are following the Quron, the mild Muslims living amongst the "infidels" are not.

Re: 107
You said I was evil because I don't agree with your thoughts on Africa, the point being that they helped put themselves in the situation they are in. I said Quron.
I don't know why you are arguing with me. I agree on the last point.

They may be, but they are not following the Quron then.
It says to kill the infidel. That would be anyone who isn't a Muslim. I never went around and harrassed anyone.

So its evil if people have to face the consequences of their actions or inactions? As for WTC, it happened because the Quron tells its followers to lop off the heads of the infidels. They where just obeying their religion. But thats another topic.

It's impossible to exploit a country unless a lot of the population is helping with the exploitation. They are their own worst enemy.

So it's the West fault eh? The people of Africa had nothing to do with the state their in today? Surely you don't believe that? Got them in debt, No my friend, the only thing that puts you in debt is yourself and personal greed.
Africans could've have bounded together and kicked Britian out if they wanted to, just like America did. But they didn't, they killed the one man that tried to do it,
Shaka Zulu. No matter what you think, people really are responsible for thier own actions and choices they make.
Africans made the wrong choices and didn't act when they should have.

Listen, listen closley, the people in Africa where put here at the same time as everyone else, sooner if your an evolutionist. The had the same amount of time to develop as the rest of the world. They didn't, so whose fault is that?
Their own. Please dont read this as a racial argument, it's all culture, Africa's culture stinks, that's the bottom line.

It's Africa's own fault that it is impoverished. It will only do better when its people decide that they want a better life.

Don't worry, there will be new games starting up all the time. It worked well for DWANGO and it works for Blizzard.

I agree, cheating in RA3, seems to be happening a lot.
Gotta love those people who where averageing 20% rails and then overnight they shot up to 60+ percent. What a load of bull. Not to mention getting killed in less than 2 secs by their lightning guns...

I disagree with your opinion, people liked Doom not just for its visuals, but because simply, it was fun to play.

All id has to do is disable cinematics and scripting, there is no reason COOP would have to play exactly like the single player portion. It can just be a standard shoot'em up and most people would be satisfied.

Hmm, why is it stupid? Doom3 was designed from the start to be a singleplayer game. This game isn't competing with UT2003.

20. Doom3 multiplay Aug 23, 2002, 13:05 zamfear

Think Starcraft if you want to know what starting a Doom3 multiplayer game will be like, or if your an old timer, think DWANGO.
