I can't wait for BIS to redefine the genre again. Very cool.

American McGee seems to be an 'Idea Mill' more than anything lately: City of the Dead, Scrapland, American McGee's OZ, American McGee's Grimm, Bad Day LA and the Streets.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for a good Zombie game. I was really disappointed about the cancellation of Dead Rush. I guess I'm just hoping it doesn't end up as another fruitless venture.

Hahaha Sounds like Chris just took every major track from Tool's Undertow and Aenima albums and mashed them together. "Undenima".

I've been playing it for 3 days now and loving the hell out of it. It really reminds me of a matured Close Combat. One of the best games I've played in quite awhile. It's beautiful, challenging and fun (if you are a patient player).
No idea on the copy protection, but I haven't had any problems.

I have found that I am less likely to eat when I am playing games; both my hands are full and I am thinking about things other than food. I actually miss meals, as does my son, when we are playing. Nothing like a heathly dose of obsession.

GSI wins because they get lots of hits for their advertisements... ... and making a killing off selling your personal information (which you filled out to download) to third party companies.

It uses the Torque Engine (Tribes 2). Looks impressive.
Just what the gaming world needs; another click-fest RTS. How originally *woohoo* Do the world a favor, pull your lower lip over your head and swallow.

I apologize for the harsh statement, Hump. I (as well as others) didn't agree with Hump's last assessment of the Soldiers: Heroes of WWII demo. Saying you dislike and don't have patience for the RTS genre, then denouncing a rather innovative RTS title makes no sense. The thing that bugs me is damn near every game announcement I've seen on Blues News for the past few months has been nothing but complaining.
While I agree with Hump on this, bitching gets you nowhere. The Publishers couldn't give a shit. You want them to take notice? Hit them in the pocket book. Don't by the damn games. Consumers have allowed the current trend of patching to grow to grotesque proportions. Instead of a patch being for something that no company could nail in months and months of QA testing, it's become an avenue to get revenue as soon as possible and then finish the game after release. But everyone has to have the game right now and can't wait to read reviews, hear word of mouth, etc. The current decline in PC titles hasn't been from bitching, it's been from poor sales. So what does the Publisher do? Shift their investments to the console market. We're screwed regardless.

Yeah yeah, we all know the game has problems and is a piece of shit. Big deal, move on with your life. If you haven't bought it then avoid the mentions and patches.
@Hump: Jesus you must like to bitch. LOL Everytime I see your handle it's accompanied by pissing and moaning.:)
