Didn't think so.
And as long as we're bashing game mods, why stop with computer games? Everyone knows that some where along the history of the playground, that a mod known as "Freeze" was adapted for Tag, thus created "Freeze Tag". A mod in which not only is the target humiliated for being slower than the one "it", he must remain still, furthering his humiliation, until someone comes to his rescue. Clearly, this kind of degredation of one's spirit can only lead to that person seperating himself from society, and developing murderous attitudes.
Yeah.

I don't want to continue the endless "violent games cause violent kids" argument, but there are some problems with this post...

Gang wars have been around for a LOT longer than video games. It's just that now people have a seemingly perfect explanation for it, though it's a really bad one.

Are you blaiming violent games for affairs an divorces? That's really low, and really pathetic.

Besides the fact that you're really blowing things way out of proportion, Playing a game, I don't care how violent, or how long the game is played, is not going to brainwash someone into doing something rash. That's caused by chemical inbalances in the brain, whether caused by a bad upbringing or otherwise.

Do you even look at the words you type before you post them? Mods are causing low SAT scores? Then how come, I, a hardcore gamer, scored higher than most of my class, most of which didn't spend nearly as much time as me playing games?

Show me a 4-year-old that makes a game mod, and I'll show you someone who graduates from college at the age of 8.
And that's all I've got to say 'bout that.
