I also feel sorry for those poor consumers who lack the self-control and critical thinking to avoid being sucked in by marketing. Those poor, poor souls. Whatever will we do to help them?
Not a damn thing! Let the game publisher gloat over there numbers and consider the market saturated. The rest of us can pick it up for $30 on sale in a few weeks. It would seem all the smart consumer will miss out on is the instant gratification have to have it before everyone else fucktards that screw up the severs any way.
If you haven't figured it out yet being the first to have a game is an illusion that has no benefits at all. Your not "uber cool guy" with a game on the fist day your just a dumb ass that paid to much for entertainment software.

So, there are two unneeded layers of crap on an otherwise awesome game!
You forget the people that bought the game on Steam. Total tally for those players is 3 layers of crap to deal with. |

These lazy ass hats have come out and stated that they consider the PC gaming community to be dead in an interview about PC gaming. If I'm dead I guess I don't have any money for there game PC, console, or other wise.
NO SALE!

I bet these guys have been pushing like made to get this DLC out before what little fan based they gathered got board with this game. I would say a week after the game went gold was to late for this DLC. From what I can tell they took content that was going to be in the game to sell as DLC at a later date. I guess they should have left it on the game disk. The greedy morons ended up with a lame game and a DLC pack that will not sell.
GJ dumb asses!

I just hope they try to release the Bradley Fighting Vehicle as DLC. Because it's in early (Mar 2009) screenshots, but not the "finished" game. That'll just prove they ripped out content to sell as DLC.
Pretty sad state when they have to show content that didn't make it to the shelf to sell the game so they can use it later on to sell DLC. I have played this thing through and they will not see any of my cash for DLC. That is unless this DLC turns the game into Rainbow6, Battlefield, Falcon 4.0, Apache vs Longbow, The Sims3 ...... (you get the picture) super mega game there PR is trying to make me believe is in this DLC.
It's about 1hr past beer-thirty so forgive me if this makes no sense. |

From developers of GTR series and physics done by Eero Piitulainen? Hell I'd be surprised if this game wasn't good. Even if it bears the NFS label.
I have been burned the two times I preorderd NFS games, Once with NFS6 and then with Undercover. I have been a fan of NFS since TNFS on PSX but I will be waiting for the reviews for this one no matter what names they toss at it. |

| Sorry they can digital distribute games until they are blue in the face they are not going to sell games until they lower prices. The days of fat cat 5/6 slightly improved sports games a year for $50 a pop is over. Only the most hard core fan base can support that kind of model. The economy will not allow most gamers to put out that kind of investment for any game. EA seems to be the only company that dose not get that. |

I'll just wait for a year or so when it hits Steam for $20 DRM free.
You have to numb your mind to the hype and play what you have or what is reasonably priced. A game this new most likely will not run on my PC to my expectations any way. |

I hope people sit up and take note of what Mr. Spector is saying.
My best example is Mirrors Edge, I would love to play that game. I will not pay $50 for a game that in my mind is not to far off the $20 Portal.
I guess my point is there are far to many good games for $20 or less for me to spend $50 on a single game. |

Gee, haven't heard that one before. What's the average size of a monitor these days, 24"? Size keeps going up, price keeps going down. If you really can't see, I'd say your eyesight is a far bigger concern, and let's not forget that just about any TV screen you could buy these days will take a VGA or DVI input.
I have a decent gaming PC in my office hooked to a 25.5" monitor with hdmi inputs. In the living room I have a 46" screen hooked to a PS3 and a mid range gaming/media box. Now given your description outlined above I would say I fall right in to your given demographic. I ask you why I would want to buy this on PC when I have a much better option with the PS3. I would no more play UT3 on the PS3 then GH3 on the PC its just common sense. Let alone that GH3 is best as a group game and the living room setting is a much better setting for group sessions. |

This is a bad move. *There market is already saturated with the console releases. Maybe a hand full of uber fanboys will run out and spend $100 on a game they already own. *This is a living room game no one wants to huddle around a pc monitor with large controllers to try and play GH.
I may be off here but I think they are going to be lucky if they sell any copys of this on PC let alone MAC.
