Should have been charged with attempted homicide...fire mages kill stuff with fire, if he thought he was a ire mage, he was obviously trying to kill the other kid.
Cut and Dry...
People wanna start blaming stuff on video games, charge them like it....

Has anyone else had trouble with the patch? I just installed it, in a non default directory (I've got a seperate games folder) and he was giving me a "can't find the file" error, multiple times, it did go through the process, but this is troubling.

What is wrong with military recruitment ads on a gaming website.
If the US is anything like Canada, you can be...18? Maybe even 16 (not quite sure) to enlist.
It's a career, and most gamers are going to be in that target age group anyway.
Hell, I'm 31 and a gamer, and military (Canadian Air Force).
I don't see the problem.

Shown it's colours?? Some of the recent games I've seen are showing ending credits after 10h.
I'm with the other guys, I wanna know about a game, I come here, read the comments, both educated, and half-witted, and figure it out from there.
Hell, if I'm really curious, I'll ask...
Hellgate was a perfect example, I almost picked it up

I'm gonna take devils advocate on this one though.
The processing requirement for this is going to be amazing, so you'll need to upgrade.
In the heat of battle, are you really going to notice?? Bioshock looked cool too, but when things started happening, I didn't care how the water rippled as a guy jumped in it to put my fire out.

There's a whole lot of bitching about how this does or doesn't say anything about the release time.
How about what it DOES point out is that someone high up is in the forums, talking to the fanbase, and giving a quick "Hey, we havn't ignored you" message.
Would you rather have no comments from the team at all?

So, after reading all this I've noticed the following
Nasty EULA
In Game ads
Subscription payments.
Is this an MMO or just some new game, and futher more, why am I expected to pay $60 (Canadian) for it.
Someone had mentioned in game ads are to offset the price. Where is this offset? I'm not seeing it.
Thanks everyone for quashing any interest I had in this game.

I just hope they take care of the glaring mistakes before they release another steaming pile.
-Widescreen, not yet supported by any BF game
-X-Fi support for AMD systems, right now it doesn't work
-Skippable intro screens, I know who made the freaking game already
I've got every battlefield game except BF:V and I can't see myself picking up anything EA releases, it's usually half assed crap...
Fun crap, but still half assed...

You mean you found a server???
I installed it, couldn't find any servers...or maybe not, I'm not sure because when I tried to join one, some generic (unlabled) buttons popped up, and one tried to launch a browser...

I don't blame them for selling either...but selling out their clients?? I paid good money for a program with lifetime updates, as soon as they sold they took my money and ran, nothing to show for it anymore...maybe I should start watching my back, I guess my lifetime is up?
