Actually this is quite fun and really easy to get into... especially if you have kids.
My only complaint is that they took out the fights between animals. The kids used to love putting animals in with the lions to see them get ate. Now they all live happily. Too kind if you ask me.

So any word on releasing Vampire via Steam? I like not having to go to the store on release day or preordering and waiting.

My big complaint is that the cost through Steam is too high. Gaming costs have always been high, but there at least was some excuse about how much CD's cost, printing materials, manuals, distribution, paying the publisher, etc.
If valve is cutting all of this out of the loop and everything they make is going directly to them... WHY THE HELL ARE THEY STILL CHARGING AS MUCH AS RETAILERS!!!

I've always thought Splenda was the healthiest sweetener out there. With all the bad effects of processed sugars, surely the small amount of Splenda needed to give the same sweetness added is better for you.
I know asparatame is bad for you, but I don't believe Splenda is, especially in the small quantities they need to add.

Well, Mine is set to low quality at 800x600, but this game plays and looks really nice. I have a now lower end machine and haven't noticed any stuttering/pausing or otherwise problems playing...
AMD 2400+, 512 M 2100 RAM, ATI Radeon 9000 (non-pro), with a first generation nvidia mb, and a SBLive 5.1 (in a 3.1 speaker setup).

I must be the only hardcore gamer that cannot buy Doom3 in the first month it comes out... between tuition (adult student) being due and a baby that is due on the 1st of August, I don't think I'll have the time/money to buy until at least October...

I really enjoy it. I played through as a seraphim and now I'm onto giving it a try as a battle mage. Totally different play styles and cool equipment.
Patch 1.7 looks like it'll be good though. The only thing I don't agree with is that combat arts will no longer be a 100% chance to hit.

Well, I watched Spidey 2 last night. And although it was a good movie, I couldn't help but use the words "a whole lot of cheese" to describe it. Too many corny scenes. I know they were trying to comic bookish but it wound up being very cheesy in many parts... some you could laugh off and say I can't believe this is so cheesy. Others you just hung your head in shame and say I can't believe this is so cheesy... a whole lot of cheese.
Blue what'd you think?
