Good God this board kills me... I usually remain pretty quiet and just lurk around but Jesus...
Just because the EULA says all that shit doesn't mean that they're going to do ANY of it. They have to protect themselves from asshats that will exploit the tiniest loophole in the aggreement. Since when did Valve become the evil entity some of you seem to make them... it's a game. a GAME... if you don't like it or disagree with the EULA, don't freakin play it, take your toys and go home, but PLEASE STFU.

Man... fileplanet DL died 300 Mb from the end ... (((sigh))) and for some reason, the torrent downloader kills my router... But I DID have the foresite to sign up and I have an account, now all I needs the software...
Here's hoping it doesn't suck.

Thanks for the screens ... It look spretty cool to me, but I was a big fan of the 1st one. To be able to "walk" around the park and get different perspectives and ground-eye views... nice.

ok ... 1st post...
it seems to me that all of these expansion packs for sim this or sim that, shouldn't most if not all of them already be included in the 40 something dollar price tags for these crappy games? do people actually pay money for this stuff ? I have a friend that plays "sims" stuff and i just don't get it.
Maybe it's just me.
How is The Sims Online doing anyway? That was (is?) a horrible game.

There I was, standing in CompUSA, getting some cd's and I look over in the display case and I see an Open Box (returned) 9700Pro for $249(usd) & this was back in May... imagine my surprise... I buy it, get it home and I'll never look back... my two cents in this nvidia / ati flamewar... as far as doing a wipe/reinstall, I have absolutely no problem formatting my c partition if it means I can get the best performance... i do it every once in a while anyways.
I only have a 4x agp motherboard... which is one thing i'll be upgrading for the up & coming holiday gaming goodness... which leads me to my question... will i see a notable difference btwn 4x agp & 8x agp ?

Anyone know if Trent is going to have a hand in the music / ambient sounds / sound effects ?
IMO, one (ONE) of the best things about Q1 was the music, but this is coming from a big NIN fan...
anyways... it's probably old news that I missed or something but i remember reading a blurb somewhere or other about nin and D3...

you know what ... I started playing ET on the 1st or 2nd day the map test came out ... Sometimes i play as a soldier & I whoop some ass with the panzer, but I also lay down defensive fire with the mmg42, launch mortars and yes, carry a flamethrower on occasion, it's ALL PART OF THE GAME ... every once in a while, if the server is in need, I'll be a medic or an engineer & even *gasp* a field op ... Panzernoob ? I think not... quit bitching and figure out a way around my mp40/panzerfaust wielding ass ... quit bitching. If you don't like it, don't fucking play.

...And complete & utter lack of any mouse support, this is one kick ass little demo ... i might just have to buy this one...
Anyone know how well the multiplayer works?
edit ... according to ebgames.com it lists for 19.99 on pc, 19.99 for ps2 and 49.99 for xbox ... that sounds kinda wack...
