Peter Jackson is a versatile screenwriter, producer, and director, and he's done everything from makeup, through camera work, to editing. His films are an eclectic mix, and he's made a few on almost no budget. He is a clever bastard.
He also attracts lots of American money to New Zealand. That's good for us kiwis.
He's also someone who grinds himself into dust for his work. He'll do his best not to arse this up too.
It can't be that bad...

$105/$65 is a huge difference. The price gap in New Zealand is around $7.

I have serious doubts that they'd put out a SP demo before release day. I reckon it'd be MP, if anything. Suits me - that's all I'm interested in

There's been a gap in my life since Q3 faded out around here. Q4 should do nicely. DVD edn. preordered x 2 (one for Mr milla). Roll on release day!

I can only appeal to Paul Steed and David Schwartz to verify the nature of my relationship with the Betty Bad Project and Wild Tangent, as I have no proof, except the flat texture I created (which is property of WT since I signed my contract with them meaning I don't feel at liberty to post it online). I have written to Paul asking him to read this thread.
I am not Australian and I did not do the voice acting for the Betty character. I am a New Zealander, and the texture I painted for Betty was combined with the work of my accuser by Paul for the final release. I can say nothing more except that I resent that I am being subjected to such a libellous attack when the accuser has patently not looked at the final texture or consulted his work colleagues regarding this. If he had he would know that the final texture was a combination of our work, and would clearly see that the renders posted with the interview show a huge amount of work that is present in the final release. I think I am owed an apology.

Paul left WT to be a third party developer for them. He's got a sound, and what will probably be a very mutually beneficial contracted relationship with them, and the idea that he's been fired is way off the mark.
