The thing I'm confused about is. Was it really that insensitive of a question to begin with? The fact that I can't tell it is insensistive and others can, makes me wonder how insensitive I am.

I believe that Heretic II was one of the best computer games I have ever played. I have been a huge Raven fan ever since that game. Also loved Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force. I've played the demo to Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast and think it is fantastic. Just wish I wasn't so poor or I'd go out and buy it.

Too much |

Wow now that is an idea I would never have thought of. Too much of something? I think it is great developers are trying something different. I mean who would have thought of an Asian themed karate MMORPG? I know I wouldn't have.
We don't have to buy it if it is garbage. But what if it just happens to be a truly amazing game. I mean when they came out with Half-Life there was wayyyy to many FPS or at least that is what I was reading. Then it comes along and people love it.
Star wars will have a huge MMORPG following. It better live up to its hype. Personally I'm gonna Stay on Dark Age of Camelot. I may be playing all by myself. But hey I love it and think I will be with it for another few years. That is the beauty of MMORPG if you like them. Paying the monthly fee is no big deal cause I used to buy a new game every month. Since I bought DAOC back in October I haven't bought a new game for my computer. That is the longest I've ever gone. Game is still interesting and I play it almost every day.

My first ever 3d card was a matrox mystique. I played Tomb Raider all the way through, then I bought a Matrox Mistique I think it had 2 megs of ram or something. God did it make Tomb Raider look like a totally new game. I played it and saw things I never saw before. I think Matrox is a great graphics card company. If there were more games that supported the dual monitor output I'd be willing to buy me another great card from matrox. Sure wish you could use Dual monitor on Dark age of Camelot and see what is chasing you so you wouldn't have to turn around.

I thought #2's response to #1's idiocy was truly witty. Personally I read these message boards for pure entertainment. And #2 had an entertainment value of 9.5 compared to #1's 0.5 on the Laffer entertainment quotient.

I just bought Resident evil tonight for the Gamecube. Tough as hell, I've never played any of the resident evil games before. Had to come in here and read the news on Blues.

I just thought that the controller was great. Of course I'm not a console player. So I'm not prejudiced towards any one console. When I picked up the X-Box controller at my local software store I thought to myself. Holy cow look at this. Finally a controller that isn't made for a little kid. I'm thinking most everyone else is so used to there favorite consoles tiny controller that the controller made for a man "not for a woman" just seemed so large to them.

Wow I cannot believe a sequal to what may be one of the most underrated computer games of all time. I've been playing computer games since 1985 and have played ohhh so many. I'll have to say the orginal Full Throttle is in my top 5 list.

Heck the game that never got enough attention was the awesome Nocturne. I still go back to it and play it from time to time. One kick arse game. I love vampires!

NOLF |

Wow I remember NOLF, that was one of my favorite games of the year. It didn't have the best graphics but it was the most fun game. I think I'm gonna pull it out and try to play through it again. I didn't like the multiplayer though. Unreal Tournament still my favorite for that. Course I haven't gotten Wolfenstein though and I heard that it is pretty good.
