Yay Quakecon03  Last year was my first and it was a blast...except for hauling my huge InwinQ500 full tower case and crt monitor everywhere.
Also, no where else can you buy a box of bawls (24 bottles) for $20 !
I'm not into the tourney stuff...(kinda creeps even me out), but its just plain fun...and free

Note to 3DR: If the game is gonna have that much content, PLEASE DO NOT PUT THIS GAME ON CDs! DVD AND MAYBE A CD OPTION PLEASE

I just don't understand what is taking so long? I mean 2 jedi Knight games will have been released... Even the sequel to half-life for crying out loud!
This is dukeNukem, not some game with amazing dialogue, and a billion NPCs. I just do not understand what is taking so long...?
Anyone help me out on this one?

I agree, get out decent patches, and this game would actually be fun. The AI reeks of artificial, but little to no intelligence. The multiplayer is pretty fun though...

Blue, I gotta tell ya. Happy Anniversary! I've been dating a girl I'm madly in love with for the past 6 months. Trouble is I am only a freshman in college  So I've got at least 3 years before I tie the knot

I really do not see the need to put the game on 6 cds! I mean, for someone like me, who keeps all his game cds in a binder, 6cds takes up a large share of real-estate Give me a DVD!!!!
I would like to buy a game because its "on dvd". Hmmm...maybe I can find MGS2 on sale just to make a statement...

So who is the company behind/funding the ad? If its vivendi, then I would bet heavily on this being about half-life 2. If not, then I would not be drawn into conclusions.
Also, not to sound skeptical, that reference @shacknews (for PC gamer) could be about Duke Nukem Forever; Doom 3; DeusEx 2; Thief 3; Maxpayne 2; Quake 4 or "possibly" Half-life 2.

I ask the question yet again...
Anyone able to comment on what this really does for all the single player bugs ?
I have been having a good time playing the multiplayer demo. I am wondering how the singleplayer is after the patch. Still buggy, or quite enjoyable?
