I am usually bad at rts games (myth, commandos, ...etc) , but homeworld is for some reason my cup of tea. I hate micromanaging and this demo made me fall in love :-D I will be picking this one up, but hope it goes on sale soon

Hump, I'm sorry man :-( I got me some 10x209 mhz amd ddr loving here though. I could be happier, but its a nice setup.

Wow ! I must say this offers everything the first did, but more ! I like the constant action. The voices and movies are well done, but !!!! for the cutscenes! They are purrrrdy ! And all real-time too. This game is fantastic, and very easy on the eyes.
I enables everything on my ti4400 rig w/AXP 2700+ and I was reminded my rig, like tony's could use an upgrade, but heck with so much action, and prettyness I soon forget all the negatives.
A++!
I'll be buying this baby ! I haven't purchased a real game since NOLF2 (I bought devastation, but notice I said 'Real Game') and had really felt no desire to do so.

Just once I'd like to read how someone - anyone is excited about a recent demo. They either suck or are just average. I'm not sure which is worse. I guess I have to come to terms with the realization that I'm just not a gamer anymore. I can't take this chinese water torture of wading through 10,000 forgettable games to find the one diamond.
Agreed, but I bet if you play the homeworld 2 demo tonight you will find your golden nugget

well maybe the relic forums were pretty bad. Ever think of that ?
I am really looking forward to HW2. Really, I am. Much better than a call of duty demo.

I just waited in line 6 minutes for the commandos 3 demo @Fileplanet. Then I started getting the file at my cable's max speed.
Enjoy the bandwidth and short wait times while it lasts boys !

You know how many games AA doesn't work right for..? A lot !
I'm glad this has been cleared up. Both ATI and Nvidia camps have messed up the consumer in one way or another over the past year or so. Neither company is perfect, only Jesus is
