Likewise here; I played it almost nonstop for the first month or so and then once I hit that part where you go after the successive dragons, it just lost all appeal. Sure, some games are same-old but it just seemed more pronounced in GW. *shrug* You're not the only one.

I think it's only free for a limited time. 25 days?
The story seems to indicate otherwise. Second paragraph, last sentence:
This is not a Free-Trial subscription and it will not run out in 15-days. This is completely free!

...is it any good? I noticed on their website under the Getting Started guide that many of the races and classes require certain expansion packs. I assume you still have to buy those, and it's the base game that's free to play?

Is anyone else getting an annoying "frogz slurpee" ad popping up every time they visit BN? It's been happening to me here for at least the past week, if not longer.

(BTW, Overon you make good points but if you can't remeber Irrational/Vivendi's call for community input time and time again in press releases, conferences etc then theres no point in arguing with someone who has a selective memory).
True, they made "the call" for input; I remember as I was quite vocal with my own opinions. Despite that, almost NONE of the feedback received was either utilized or built upon. Plenty of the criticism is absolutely justified... The pretense of "listening" was made but never actualized.

I still play T1 Renegades just about every week. It's the only game that's stayed on my harddrive since I first bought it in 1998. So chalk another player up.  T1 was the game that got me switched to a mouse/keyboard scheme... If I remember correctly, you couldn't just use a keyboard a-la Quake 1/2. Ahh, memories.

I read through the article on the NEX and didn't see any mention of its price. Any word on that?
