Needed to suck more |

It obviously didn't suck enough to get released.
If it sucked more it would have been published a disappointingly long time after the movie and would have been properly horrible enough to make you hate the creators and wonder how they took such good source material and dorked it up.
If they really wanted to get it published they should have followed the formula that so many other movie/game tie-ins adhered to and included more suckage.

Just because you don't like it does not mean it's garbage. Yes, it's crap. It's the pop music version of Tolkien, dumbed down for the ADD crowd. A pale shadow of the canon that it was derived from.
While I do view it as a positive thing if it encourages children to read, it is painful to personally experience as a simplistic and warped vision of all the good fantasy literature that has come before it. Tolkien is the Winny the Poo version of Moorcock, but who is counting. Moorcock published his first novel in 1961, Tolkien's LOTR novels came out in 1954-55. You may want to check your chronology as to who influenced who. And as far as Poo goes, Christopher Robins' friend was Winnie the Pooh. |

Movie Games Suck and Game Movies Suck |

Well, at least, as we all know, games based on movies almost always suck, as do movies based on games. Too bad that some talented bunch of developers somewhere will be wasting their time on this garbage rather than developing something new and interesting.

Are we talking about the same Bioshock 2 here? All weapons already have 3 upgrades! And there's certainly NO leveling or ranking going on in this (awesome) game! Yes, what game are they talking about here? |

I wish they had come up with a different acronym for this game. Every time I see he headline I think "Mech Warrior" not "Modern Warfare". It ends up being a bit of a letdown going to the article in question and it's not a mech related franchise.

Give it a break already. How much precedent do they need to see to stop wasting taxpayer money on grandstanding this issue?
Yes, it's a good idea to keep kids from playing games that may be inappropriate for their age, but that's a parent's responsibility, not the government's. |

Just at a glance they do look really really nice. They also color coded the map too so you can see things at a glance a little better. Everything looks much sharper and clearer, like it's really made for a PC and not showing alot of concessions as a console port. |
