who are these Polygon guys? anyone ever hear of them before?
first they try to sell a story that HL2 is coming out in 2005 when really the quote was a year old, now they are trying to break the Bioware/MS story.
Are these guys even worth believing?

I think they are doing a ghey job... no buzz here, just finding it irritating...
GEARBOX, ANNOUNCE THE GAME ALREADY!
So that when you do announce it I can do my obligatory *yawn* to another WW2 game.

Dr. Patrick,
being a doctor as well, I can attest to the many young people I have seen who leave their contacts in and present to the ER with a visual acuity of zilch.
Ulcerations are not nice and a lot worse than seeing halos at night time. Corneal transplant, anyone?

I have had Lasik eye surgery as well.. clearly the best decision I have ever made (and I have an astigmatism too).
Blue, I suggest you do it.
As for the complications and poor outcomes, it isn't as bad as you think. The people with the poor outcomes complain a lot and the people with the great outcomes don't -- so all you hear about are the negative things about it.
You probably have a higher chance of dying on the highway.. yet we still drive on it...

these guys are absolutely impressive and very inspiring for all the hard work they have put into their mod.
I think it should get a lot more attention than what it gets.
