Go see Man From UNCLE. Fun little Action/Spy comedy. Surprised how much I enjoyed it, as I went in with pretty low expectations.

Also, if you haven't seen them yet: Kingsman, and It Follows. Both are utterly fantastic.

It Follows - the STD movie?

As a metaphor, it has many interpretations. STDs are one, the writer/director actually intended it to represent how sex and love keep death at bay. Over at io9 one of the regulars argues it's about death and mortality.

It's shot in Detroit, and the urban decay in so many shots really add to the atmosphere of dread. And I love the indeterminate time period. There's some new tech, but the characters all drove old cars and use wired phones.

Love? There is nothing loving about having sex with someone, giving them chloroform, tying them up, then explaining that death is coming for them before releasing them, only because it was passed to them via sex.......just sayin....

That's all I see.. reminds me of the fucking Mako planet stuff on Mass Effect 1... The worst part about Mass Effect 1.

Open space with nothing - I don't see that as fun. Even the Fallout games, GTA, and others like it, although SLAMMED with stuff to do gets boring between spots.

So 16 bucks gets all episodes? Been on the fence, but looks like something I could swing with 1 hand.

(Looking at friends who play only have 1-3 hours in the game though....that isn't a very good indication of 16$ well spent)

Everyone has roaches. People who think they don't have roaches are just living in denial.

Or they clean their place.

Blue, hope it isn't overpowering. I should have been more clear. I use a bleach/water solution, although I am sure straight bleach does the trick. Somewhere between 10/90 or 30/70, (bleach/h2o) then followup with warm water. For our sinks and counters I use a 50/50 mix once a week. Depending on the makeup of where the smell is, the bleach needs to get into the pores of the wood/surface, esp if the stuff was there for a while. A followup application will probably do the trick. Good luck.

The times it has happened at my house, I was lucky. Once on granite counter top and the other on cement in the basement. Both easily cleaned. If you are dealing with wood - might hold a bit of the smell for a while no matter what you do.

The bag most likely leaked. I keep ours in the basement and only bring up a few at a time. It is surprising how fast potatoes go bad. The liquid that the things excrete is noxious. I would wipe the area with a bleach solution, then water.

Now that i have a 970gtx (upgraded from a 6970).. I can finally buy this game and appreciate it.

Okay, time to find the best deal on this title.

I found it on cdkeys.com .. legit site or not?

I don't trust them, I use g2a myself. Honestly, give the money to the developer at full price, they deserve it.

Went to the Vikings draft party in Minneapolis, with a couple donations we "won" 4 tickets to the game this Sunday. With the other items in the grab bags that we bought, I am more than happy with the outcome, especially considering they are lower level 18 rows off of the field. Although I am a season ticket holder, we opted to not buy into the TCF while the new stadium was being built. With the weather, the price is right for a fun evening out with family.

There's a GOG mix called "Games best played with a mouse in one hand and a beer in the other" (although it hasn't been updated in a while)
There's also been multiple discussions on this on reddit.
You should be able to find something in there.

(Also, only 5 hours to get through FNV??? Took me more than 5 hours just to do the Old World Blues DLC ... then again, I really like exploring!)

heh, no meaning 5 hours went by really quick, didn't really even expect to play it. I am already doing things in the game that I don't even remember.....

Thanks for everyone's input. Browsing my steam library, gog, and gmg capsule games, I am finding alot to try out. Huge thanks on the mouse recommendation, looking forward to that showing up - think I will even try and get insurance to pay for it. hehehehhe

geez. Was looking for some games to play one handed (don't get cute with that) from a recent surgery, and thought I could do Fallout New Vegas - well, although painful, I did - and accidentally blinked and it was over 5 hours later. I remember very little from the first time I played at release, and I loaded up with a bunch of improvements from Nexus.

Any recommendations on 1 hand games, maybe some good click/mouse games?

/edit:
Thanks Dacron, I ordered one of those mice. Time for an upgrade anyway, although I do love my Razor Diamondback (have 2 of them in reserve).

//edit:
Thanks Cutter, actually reminded me I need to play PoE, and maybe can do that 1 handed.

Strawman argument. Would you let Microsoft into your home and rummage through your stuff and log everything and send that information to whomever they want for any reason and keep that information? I doubt it! But you'd call someone who doesn't want that in the digital sense paranoid?

If you put a sniffer on your network you will see they have been doing this for years without common knowledge. Every couple hours your Winbox sends info to msft. More than just a ping/pong conversation.

There are a slew of federal and more recently local regulations that you must follow even Mt Rushmore had signs up when I was there last month as a "no drone zone".

Not my pic, but I took one just like it....
