Or, for a fraction of the price we could all pitch in to hire a
hitman. Just an idea.

My inner child got bored in space.
Again, bored in space.

WTH?
My inner child loves Star Wars, The Last Starfighter, some Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica(new and old), heck, even Buck Rogers.
And with all that behind him, he was bored to tears.

I remember reading an old statistic that said the crazier the wedding was, the more likely the couple would stay together.

Most companies make the year's income around the Christmas season.
Moms, dads and especially grandparents aren't as likely to buy junior
stuff on Steam or any other similar service when they could just pick
it up in the store. I doubt most of them even know these services
exist and why they're useful.

"It's been a fantasy everyone has had, using The Force," says Howard Roffman, president of Lucas Licensing.

The bigger fantasy is a freaking working light saber game.
How hard is it, seriously, to redo Die By the Sword with light sabers for the Wii? Jeezy Creezy.

The problem isn't whether it works or not. The problem is that 3rd-party developers never have the money to spend writing code for something that only a handful of people will buy.

That's easy. You don't buy these games for yourself(mostly), you buy them for someone who loves the show.

Best Tattoo EVER!

Wow. These guys sure know how to bring a gamer's ire. Bowser wasn't
freaking in SMB2 as it wasn't exactly a Mario game. I'M the whitest kid I know.

Kyle Downes' Short Visual History of Videogames

"Say"ga for f's sake. And by the by the Dreamcast came out BEFORE the PS2 and X-Box. Ahh...there...now my mind is at peace today.

Judge Dredd to be Remade. I knew you'd say that.

My thought was that I hope it gets the movie the comic book deserves.

And actually, I kinda liked the first one. Not that I thought it was a great translation(or film). But, it was a fun action movie.

News Comments > Game Price Cut "Warning"
12. Re: Game Price Cut Dec 23, 2008, 11:49 Hyatus

I've never paid $60 for a game and I never will. I can wait til prices drop or get it used. I have a wife and kid now. My game playing time is minimal and I rarely finish games anymore. But, they do look pretty on my shelf ;).

For that matter there were only a handful of games I ever bought at $50.(HL1,BG1/2,maybe a couple others)

On the other hand, I'll buy new $30 games once in awhile and $20 games fairly often.

Not to mention that all the bonus content that comes with DVDs these days adds extra hours of value to the movie/tv show for a fraction of a new game price.

So why are game companies so special again?

Oh god. I predict in two years we'll start getting announcements that look like this:

THQ & Mountain Dew [December 21,2010,3:04pm ET]

THQ Selects Pepsi's Mountain Dew for Use in Its Worldwide Studios' vending machines has word of another vending win for Pepsi and its KeepingProgrammersAwakeForCrunchTimeXZZ technology, saying simply that THQ "has selected Pepsi KeepingProgrammersAwakeForCrunchTimeXZZ technology for use by its studios worldwide." The rest of the press release recaps Pepsi's view of what makes Mountain Dew so great, along with a quote from THQ's Head Janitor, Feisty McSchneygleBuns: "Mountain Dew is good."

I really hate using this word, seriously. I get annoyed by all the freaking WoW players who use it in daily life. Even still, the word exists and sometimes is the only applicable choice for a given situation.

Without further ado,

Ninja > Pirate = Epic(even if just for the ending)
