| That's it, Blue. Get in line and hand it all over like a good little tool. Fucking blinkered leftists. I'm sorry I gave ten years of my life defending people like you. Delete my account. NO, REALLY. |

Well, it certainly looks pretty. Maybe they can pull it off. God knows I'm sick to death of stunty dwarves and [deleted by admin Blue] elves.

Icewind wrote on Feb 2, 2010, 16:16: This game never seemed right to me anyway. Star Trek's vision of the future isn't one full of ion cannons going off everywhere, people having all-out ground war and constant combat. This. But I suppose exploration and discovery doesn't move games off the shelves as much as endless explosions. EVE had potential, but that was ruined by a terminal infestation of sociopaths. |

Q. You never built a MMOG, have you? A. We're building one right now. Oh, aren't you the clever little child! How 'bout a nice knuckle sandwich to go with that smart mouth? |

And remember all the smelly, digusting, fat-assed, knuckle-dragging, mono-browed, pajama-wearing, toothless cultural flotsam that showed up to suck down the free swill? Those are the same people pre-ordering STO. I'd rather saw off my dick using a rusty butterknife, thanks. |

Sorry, that's a deal-breaker. |

| Nice catch, Icewind. I knew I had seen that somewhere, but it had been subsumed into too many glasses of scotch in the intervening months. Looks like id's playing the spin game for all it's worth. I'll hold onto my skepticism -- and my wallet -- until I get to play a demo. |

| Still beating the AGW drum, eh Blue? Heh. Maybe if you click your heels together three times all the bad men go away. |

| That composite image of the galaxy is very nice. Seeing things like that gives me hope, because I can look at it and know that somewhere out there, among countless stars, is a group of individuals even more gullible and dimwitted than video gamers. |
