The whole problem with that forklift setup comes once they unload the top one. Forklifts have HUGE counterweights in the BACK, to prevent falling over forwards. Once the front becomes unloaded, it would be very easy for the top lift to tilt over and fall backwards. I have to think that's a photoshop picture, or else from a training video on what to absolutely NOT do with forklifts, lol!
