That presupposes that they actually are capable of programming AI that can learn. Which really isn't as easy as all that. There have been a few examples of it working in the field of robotics, but it's mostly been minor stuff.

For them to say that they'll crunch all that data, it will get analyzed, and their AI will become a better driver because of it sounds like 100% pure PR horseshit. At most, the AI will start cheating more, which is what game devs usually mean when they say "It learns!"
