A good diet isn't something you adopt to drop pounds, it's a lifestyle change you can keep up indefinitely. Drinking "meal" shakes and eating "meal" bars is a bunch a horseshit.

Or, if you're truly dieting, a small salad. Doesn't need to be big to be filling.

Then, when you've lost the weight you need to shed, increase salad size!
