Once there, crime lab employee Anthony Pollock searched the computer's hard drive and noted that LimeWire was installed on the computer. If you've got 63 undeleted illegal files on your had drive, that indicates you're not very interested in deleting them.

Yeah that's pretty damning, it seems to indicate he went through the videos picking and choosing so it's not like he can just claim ignorance of their existence.
