It's not really a matter of being spineless, but being borderline addicted. It's like music, or other forms of entertainment. People bemoan the business model and quality of these things CONSTANTLY, but are not willing to go without it because they'd get something resembling withdrawal symptoms. A crack head might not like it when he gets some bad rock, but what's he gonna do, go without? |
