I'm still on about the bolognese sauce posting of yesterday. I will try the recipe sauron posted and let everyone know. This is good timing as I just made my usual ATK quick 30-minute sauce which is good but not great. I want to try a long-cooking sauce that'll blow my socks off.
I know about asmo's tip about adding carrot as I discovered years ago that adding the carrot pulp from a juicer makes for an incredible pizza sauce.
