Most of my Australian friends tell me Steam matches local prices but they can import for less, which is why they complain. In Australia, people pay equal to 8 -- EIGHT!! -- euros for a cappuccino. In the Netherlands, when you order one you pay between 2 to 3 euros.
I don't hear the Australians complain about that.
It is, indeed, because of the wellbeing of that country. People generally get paid around 3 times more than the same job would in The Netherlands and USA. |
