Actually the DLC level scales. Interestingly enough, the first few quest rewards don't seem to scale properly, and are level 15. Not sure if that means that's when they "intended" you to do it or not. But I usually go in early-to-mid 20s, and enemies are always my level (or thereabouts). The only downside is if you are doing all sidequests, you're going to out-level a bunch of them.

Thanks for clearing that up. I wasn't sure, since I've only done Pirate Queen with a lvl 38 Zero and a lvl 50 Siren.

Mine didn't scale at all...I went through the torque campaign killing a ton of 32s when I was 37...

Oh, I meant duping weapons by yourself.

Na, I'll use a save editor for that.
