She clearly knew she was ruining the other woman's life, it WAS malicious. Agreed, and she should be deported for it, being illegal in the first place. My guess however is she'll instead be jailed on the tax payer's dime and her illegal immigrant kids get to stay too, also on the tax payer's dime.
