| Although I don't like piracy, it's humorous these dinosaurs think it is killing the music industry. They killed/are killing themselves. DRM-laden music files, limit of outlets, overpriced music, lack of innovation and talent are killing them. A good example is internet radio like Pandora. They have to pay crippling royalties on every song they play. The artists should be *giving* them music. I've bought more albums after listening to Pandora for a year than the past 10 years combined. The music industry is all about limiting access to their wares instead of making it easier and cheaper to get. |
