I wouldn't say that the witcher games are perfect, but I would say that they're good real rpgs.
I just completed the Witcher 2. The dialogue is still very awkward, just like in the first game. They need to get someone who masters english to rewrite the dialogue. The game itself is better than the first one when it comes to action and momentum, but I found the story too political and less personal, which isn't really what you'd expect from a Witcher story. It still features a bit too much backtracking and it takes a while to engage. The graphics are amazing and the choices are fiendish, which is good.
