Given that PC advancement is slowing down it's only a matter of time before other things catch up, and the "mouse and keyboard" argument isn't a valid one, as ANYTHING can have a mouse and keyboard.

Using something by sitting at a desk with a keyboard will never, ever change. At least not in the medium term future. But why should that thing be a giant box CPU?
