On the one hand I'd say that since Steam has such market presence and power, that's not too much to ask of them, especially since they make a billion dollars+ per year. Otoh, we don't ask this of any other retailer or sales outlet in the entire US, so why is Valve suddenly required to do so? I think as long as Valve responds to complaints and then delists the game in question if said complaints are found to be true, they've done their due diligence. Creston
