As a current, frequent player of CoH online I can relate that since the THQ 'pay-what-you-will-give-away' the quality of online players has diminished significantly. Most telling is the number of lude and/or vulgar game names which were mercifully very rare for years but now noticeable.
That does not diminish from the excellent game-play of CoH, which CoH 2 will probably not exceed, certainly nothing in the visuals indicates any improvement. Also, each expansion pack for CoH was less than the one before it, Tales of Valor being almost pointless.
That it's Steam only makes any anticipation also pointless, locked into Gabe Newell's private walled garden. Enjoy.
p.s. No Steam shills, employees, marketing affiliates or wanna-bes need reply without identifying yourself as such, and we know the likelihood of that happening is NEVER.
