Some steampowered games can no longer be activated on Steam with German IP adresses, so ordering a non-censored game from Austria or Switzerland is not always a solution. VPN must be used in these cases or, of course, if a company refuses to sell its game in a country, I think it's alright to pirate the game. It's about the only legit reason I can think of to pirate a game.
 
Consoles? I owned two: a Pong clone and an Atari 2600. And that's it.
