Heck, I took them at face value and added the game to my wishlist never bothering to check what the DRM was going to be. I feel kind of foolish - here I am thinking they changed their ways. Rules for buying Ubisoft games:
#1 - Don't
#2 - If you fail to follow rule #1 then at least wait a week or 2 for a 50% off sale

I actually kind of liked the gameplay videos of this one. I might grab the game on the Steam Christmas sale if they patch out the DRM, but I will try the "demo" first.
