OK, maybe the DOOM vs. Doom thing is nitpicky (of course if you're not nitpicky then why read Blue's all day?)

You interpreted the Internet Multiplayer remark the other way - fair enough.

I guess I'm cynical of non-game publications covering games - I hate it when the mainstream press gets facts wrong since it makes me wonder what stories I'm taking as facts are wrong, too.

But does anyone think there's anything wrong about the fact that the author of this story used it to plug his own book?
