Actually it does. However the flight model will be based on how a traditional space-sim flight model would be implemented in a Newtonian system. So you'll have a number of counter-thrusters to counteract your momentum to enable turning and acceleration.

Bonus: because it is Newtonian, you can damage a ship's thrusters and hobble its ability to maneuver.
