This fires a bullet into the head of nigh any material that's not Disney rated. Want to have a controversial character who talks smack about religion(one of Square's games had this)? You don't pass certification. Wanna amp up the violence, but in an "artistic" way? You might not pass certification. Hey how about a horror title? You might not pass certification.
