I don't think he's gone, they just ended production of Good Eats, which I will miss terribly, but since it was a reference series rather than a weekly recipe show, I can understand the decision to end it rather than starting to re-hash old topics or drift into more and more obscurity.

I do hope they now find something to do with him on that network that's better than just being a game show host.

Best unknown cooking show on TV: Bitchin' Kitchen.
