The actors did a good job with them but that sort of retconning simply isn't cricket old sock. Oh yeah and Javier Badim has a huge head! Man, that thing took up like 3/4 of the screen!

I thought all of the cast did great, but Javier really stole the show. The audience I was in loved him, and sometimes giggled at some of his lines. He struck a great balance between funny and menacing.

I'm not a huge Bond fan, but I'd consider seeing it again next weekend. It was that enjoyable. I'd say it and Cloud Atlas are my two biggest surprises this year.
