Yes, people shell out money for games they are familiar with and enjoy playing, even with slightly new features like gfx upgrade, new gameplay modes, etc, etc. I can think of at least 10 old games I wish I could play right now that were remade and polished to meet today's platform and gameplay standards. So yes, you hit the nail on the head. That's why they keep selling. |
