Really? When have we exactly seen that? We've heard the RIAA and its ilk bitch and moan and SAY it, but have we actively SEEN it? Because I'm pretty sure the answer is a big fat fucking ZERO TIMES.

The HEALTH of our citizens? So a guy downloads a movie, and thus someone's aunt gets cancer? What kind of fucking horseshit is this???

Yea, not sure where they are going with that in regards to IP stuff - but it is a hot bed for pedos. We get A LOT of them easily there....

/and not sure why it matters WHAT money we use. Federal money was slashed across the board for all cities, which is why local taxes have gone up and more agencies for pushing fines, etc. My city hasn't received 250k a year for the last 3 years from DC. They just flat out stopped. They put all the money into homeland security and slashed local law enforcement, while at the same time they want us to do deportation work for them.

About the only fed money we get now is for DWI, seatbelt, speed, child seat enforcement special projects.

oh well. We have been hiring, not firing, so not worried about it.
