Samsung 40 inch tv went down, was "clicking" when it turned on and would take over a minute to continue clicking and then finally turn on. Looked it up, Samsung used crappy parts and offered a 1x replacement on those parts for free.

Called them 2 days ago. Guy came out today, took about 20 minutes to swap out some capacitors. BOOM. Just like new. 2 of the 5 were bulging and bad. Said the other 2 would have only lasted another year.

Right on Samsung. Had my LCD monitor go down last year, same deal, they replaced that for free as well.

Very happy with their service.
