I bought the "Franchise Pack" when it was 87% off during the Steam Summer Sale. I think it has all the DLC except for a couple of the latest ones. Yeah, summer sale Franchise Pack buyers would have received everything but the last couple of outfit releases for $25, and even after buying the missing DLC at full price they still came out ahead. So for PC buyers this isn't a particularly great deal (though obviously it's more consistent than waiting for a Steam sale).
This seems to be more geared towards the console crowd, since there are rarely big sales there. Compared to the price of SR3 plus all of the DLC right now, this would be significantly cheaper. |
