That I can agree with. They said in the press that you would not just "pick a colored, canned ending from a few choices" and then it turns out...that is exactly what you do. It was so damning that they started closing topics where people reposted the interview. I thought it was a damned shame, player choice in story telling seems really promising on the surface but most companies just seems to do gimmicky things with it. I mean, I get it, its expensive and tough to pull off but you probably shouldn't promise players a fully personalized story and complex endings in the first place then. Their fallback to "artistic choice" was really lame too, only making its appearance when it was apparent that they fucked up.
