As for other assets, yeah yeah, office furniture and work PCs simply don't bring a dime. They'll be lucky if they make a hundred grand off the whole shebang.

So unless the company had stacks of company cars and expensive toys, Rhode Island is still going a large, large chunk of that debt themselves.
