You have to create value for customers while also treating them with respect. Contrary to beancounters, your profit is not the bottom line. We could easily prevent 99% of crime in our society if we simply locked every citizen up along with every criminal. The problem with companies like Ubisoft's solution is it simply locks up the paying customers while the criminals continue on crime sprees outside the prison walls.
