The law in the Megaupload case is sounding more and more like criminals than anything else. This is the price of throwing due process out the window as I've always pointed out. Really doubtful this case will go any further, it's becoming more and more likely that the Us and NZ govt may end up paying compensations to Dotcom for this terrible mismanagement of the law just to please some in the entertainment industry.

Well it seems pretty obvious to me, if you're going to be a criminal. Be Corzine, Madoff and so on. Or be linked directly to the white house. That way when they come to get you for stealing oh I dunno, what was it for Madoff? $50B or something? They'll send you a nice letter and an agent in a suit.
