I'd love a BG sequel (assuming it was done properly). But I won't be buying this. I'm sure they are putting work into it, but the reality is that I've owned and played both games, and I have no desire to spend $20 for the relatively minimal changes they are making.
The only real way to demonstrate there's demand for a sequel is to make a sequel, ala Wasteland. Trying to re-sell 12+ year old games doesn't strike me as a useful attempt at proving demand. |
