You could probably count the number of people on the planet who played the BF3 campaign through completely from start to finish twice over on the one hand. They really fucking dropped the ball, but I'll bet this guy who left didn't make that call. It'd have come from higher up in a desperate attempt to compete with CoD.
The Battlefield franchise used to have so much character at the lans being able to fire up bot matches. They were stupid, sure, but trying desperately to hold a spawn point from dozens of bots approaching your position was a rush.
Such a pity. |
